When you walk into The Rock GYM we want you to feel more than just comfortable, we want you to feel like you are part
of the family. We have friendly staff that are here to answer your questions and help you get acquainted with the equipment.
We believe everyone has the right to feel good about themselves and we want you to succeed in your fitness goals. The Rock
GYM does not tolerate foul language, inappropriate dress, or steroid use.
